Steve Kelleher Scholarship
Panoramic Resources Limited is honoured to establish the Steve Kelleher Memorial Scholarship.
This Scholarship will assist students who are disadvantaged through financial or personal hardship and
encourage them to persevere and achieve their goals in becoming Metallurgical industry professionals.
Steve came to Panoramic with over 25 years experience in the mining industry and having worked
with a range of different minerals including zinc, copper, gold and nickel. Steve's career took him around
Australia from operations in the Kimberley to Far North Queensland, to the Torres Strait Islands.
He also worked for 8 years in Papua New Guinea at the Lihir Gold and Porgera Gold Mines;
where he was involved with changing the focus from underground to open pit operations.
Steve was a highly intelligent, dedicated man of strong values.
Beneath a tough exterior was a brilliant sense of humour and a strong compassion for his
colleagues and friends. He was a widely respected leader who demonstrated a high level
of commitment to his role and loyalty to Panoramic. Steve's selfless behaviour endeared him
to his staff and helped him achieve great results for his team and Company.
Panoramic hopes the Scholarship will inspire the next generation of Metallurgical Engineers,
Plant Managers and Production Managers, to achieve excellence through hard work and perseverance
while upholding the values of enthusiasm, humility and respect.
